Future Skills Framework 2030 - Australia is not equipped with the skills for the future of work
In the rapidly changing world of work Australia’s long-term economic growth will be reliant on an adequately skilled and educated workforce. FYA’s research provides strong evidence that our current and future workers are finding the transition to full-time work more challenging and feel they lack the right skills.
Our ageing population means older Australians are leaving the workforce in larger numbers than young people can replace them and skill shortages are costing the economy.
